The workflow and advantages of automatic washing system

In modern industrial production and logistics warehousing, the cleaning of containers such as turnover boxes, cargo boxes, and pallets is an important step in ensuring hygiene standards and preventing cross contamination. The automatic cleaning system has achieved full automation from transportation, cleaning to drying through integrated design, greatly improving cleaning efficiency and consistency.


The system workflow is divided into three core stages:


Automatic conveying stage: The dirty box automatically enters the cleaning system through a conveyor belt or drum line. The intelligent sensing device will automatically adjust the conveying speed and path according to the size, material, and pollution level of the box, ensuring smooth and orderly entry into the cleaning area. This stage usually includes pre rinsing, using high-pressure water mist to remove surface large particle impurities.


Deep cleaning stage: The box enters a closed cleaning chamber and undergoes multiple fine cleaning procedures. The system automatically matches water temperature, water pressure, detergent concentration, and cleaning time according to a preset program. The rotating spray arm flushes the inside and outside of the box from multiple angles without blind spots, and the specially designed nozzle can penetrate into the corners and gaps. For different types of pollution such as oil stains and chemical residues, the system can automatically switch between alkaline, acidic, or neutral cleaning solutions to ensure cleaning effectiveness.


Efficient drying stage: The cleaned boxes enter the drying area. Here, an efficient hot air circulation system is used to quickly evaporate the moisture on the surface of the box through precise temperature and airflow control. Some advanced systems are also equipped with air knife devices, which use high-speed airflow to "blow down" residual water droplets. The drying temperature is usually controlled between 60-80 ℃, which can ensure drying efficiency without causing thermal damage to the plastic box.

The automatic washing system has been widely used in food processing, pharmaceutical production, chemical logistics, agricultural product warehousing and other fields, becoming a key infrastructure to ensure product safety and improve operational efficiency.
